Andrea L. Jones brings a unique blend of academic excellence and real-world expertise. Holding dual master’s degrees in Criminal Behavior and Criminal Justice Administration, and as a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor with Clinical Supervision designation, Andrea has held high-impact leadership roles in treatment centers, correctional institutions, and community-based programs. Her approach is trauma-informed, outcomes-driven, and rooted in both accountability and empathy.

In addition to her clinical and leadership work, Andrea L. Jones is a nationally recognized keynote speaker and training facilitator, delivering thought-provoking workshops and presentations at national conferences and for agencies across the country. For over a decade, she has inspired audiences with her expertise in leadership, trauma-informed care, diversity, stigma reduction, and workforce development—known for her engaging delivery, practical insights, and authentic connection with diverse audiences.

Delta Zone Counseling specializes in leadership development, corporate and clinical training, and recovery support. We proudly serve judicial agencies, nonprofits, correctional facilities, and behavioral health organizations with tailored trainings. We also offer CEUs through collaboration with contracted agencies for professionals seeking continued licensure and development.
